During our Christmas stay, we found the hotel to be well-located, with a grocery store conveniently located nearby, and microwave available for use in the dining area. the breakfast was also quite good. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the helpful manager who allowed us to store our bike in the basement.
We found the hot water in the shower to be barely dripping and when we informed the staff, they were rude and unresponsive. we had issues with inflexibility when it came to check-in time, which resulted in our reservation being cancelled.

We had a lovely romantic escape. The room was comfortable and had a beautiful view of the city lights. We enjoyed having the grocery store right across the street and being able to purchase a meal and eat it in the dining area. The breakfast was fantastic, with a decent variety of food. The manager was very friendly and helpful, and we appreciated being able to store our bikes in the basement.
The hotel was a bit of a trek uphill, which was difficult after a long day. The hot water in the shower was also a bit weak, but it was manageable.
